The committee meets the third Thursday of the month at 5:30 p.m. in Town Hall as a full committee. Sub-committees meet as needed. The subcommittees are:

- Main Stage Entertainment
- Kids Corner Activities
- Publicity
- Administration
- Business Sponsorship

Many volunteers are needed at the festival to make it a success!
